INSPIRE CHANGE

CONCERN is a nonprofit human services organization dedicated to helping children, youth, and families grow, heal, and thrive. Through foster care, adoption, community-based prevention programs, behavioral health services, and residential treatment, we provide compassionate, comprehensive support that strengthens individuals and families. Since 1978, CONCERN has expanded from a single foster care agency to 15 locations across Pennsylvania and Maryland, serving more than 7,500 people each year with hope, opportunity, and change.
